• Once payment is received, no refunds or returns shall be provided.

2. Deposits and Upfront Payments

• Deposits or advance payments secure project initiation and are non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Project cancellations by clients do not release them from payment obligations for work completed.

3. Service Delivery and Revisions

• If the client raises dissatisfaction in writing, we will make reasonable efforts to provide revisions within the agreed scope.
• Refunds are not applicable even if revisions do not meet client expectations.

4. Digital Products and Software

• All digital downloads, software licenses, or subscription-based products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered or accessed.
• License misuse or violation immediately voids any client rights without refund.

5. Cancellations by the Company

• In the rare event we cancel a service before initiation, the client may be eligible for a partial refund at our sole discretion.
• Beyond this, no claims will be entertained.
